Challenge: Design a new prototype for providing economical modular housing for students.
Solution: Each 2-story unit houses up to 6 students and contains 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and living room. The units can be constructed standing alone, double by mirroring about the entry/stair, or duplicated endlessly in a rowhouse configuration. This flexibility allows the units to be constructed as needed (or as funding permits) on small parcels of available land.
